These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") govern the relationship between DWG288 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our") and any individual (hereinafter referred to as "the User", "you", or "Member") who accesses, registers with, or uses the DWG288 platform accessible at https://dwg288.asia and all associated sub-domains, mobile applications, and services (collectively "the Platform" or "DWG288").

DWG288 is an online sports betting and live casino platform serving the Malaysian market. Our Platform offers sports wagering across markets including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA competitions, UFC, NBA, and Esports, alongside a live casino product featuring baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and slot games.

By accessing, registering with, or using the DWG288 Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To be eligible to register for and use a DWG288 Account, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. DWG288 strictly prohibits the use of its Platform by individuals under the age of 21. Any account found to have been registered by or for an underage individual shall be immediately terminated and all associated funds may be confiscated.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: You may hold only one (1) active DWG288 Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method are considered duplicate accounts and are subject to closure.
4. Accurate Information: All registration information you provide must be accurate, complete, and current. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion arrangement with DWG288 or any other operator to which such exclusion may apply.
6. Not a DWG288 Employee or Affiliate: Employees, directors, agents, and immediate family members of DWG288 and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold Member accounts or participate in promotional offers.

To access the full suite of DWG288 services, you are required to complete the registration process and create a Member Account. During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, contact email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency.

Upon successful registration, DWG288 will create an Account in your name. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password at all times.
• Ensuring that no third party accesses or uses your Account on your behalf.
• Notifying DWG288 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• All activity conducted through your Account, whether or not authorised by you.

DWG288 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You acknowledge that DWG288 will treat all actions performed within your Account as authorised by you unless you have notified us of a security compromise.

DWG288 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) via a range of verified Malaysian payment channels, including but not limited to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, and direct online banking with Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and RHB. Cryptocurrency deposits in Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT are also accepted.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made on the DWG288 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM30, unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.
• All deposit funds must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• DWG288 does not charge transaction fees on deposits made via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, or GrabPay. Charges imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility.
• DWG288 reserves the right to conduct due diligence on the source of funds at any time.
• Deposits used primarily to exploit promotional bonuses without genuine betting intent may be flagged as abuse and the account subject to review.

Members may request withdrawal of their available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed the KYC identity verification process. First withdrawal requests that have not completed KYC will be placed on hold pending verification.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50, unless otherwise stated.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal of bonus-linked funds is permitted.
• Withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible.
• DWG288 targets the following processing windows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow/FPX within 15 minutes; direct bank wire within 60 minutes. These are targets, not guarantees, and may vary during peak periods.

DWG288 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the Member will be notified and provided with an opportunity to respond.

DWG288 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, weekly cashback, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to each offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your Account in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
• Only one (1) welcome bonus per new Member, household, IP address, or payment method is permitted.
• DWG288 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, hedging bets across accounts, or exploiting technical errors — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to account termination.
• Birthday bonuses are subject to tier eligibility and minimum activity requirements as set out in the VIP programme terms.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are awarded only upon the referred Member completing their first qualifying deposit and satisfying any stated conditions.

All wagers placed on the DWG288 Platform are subject to the following general betting rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. DWG288 will not void or amend a confirmed bet except in cases of proven technical error or where an event is cancelled, postponed, or ruled void under our sports-specific rules.
• DWG288 reserves the right to void bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or prices caused by system or human error. Members will be notified of any such voidance.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed within the bet slip interface and may vary by sport, market, and Member tier.
• In-play (live) betting odds and markets are subject to change at any time. Bets accepted at displayed odds prior to a market suspension will stand unless otherwise voided under these rules.
• DWG288 accepts bets in MYR only. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing rate at the time of deposit for betting purposes.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are indicated within the bet slip.

Sport-specific rules for football (including EPL and Liga Super Malaysia markets), UFC, basketball, and all other covered sports are available within the Platform's help centre and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the DWG288 Platform. Any Member found to have engaged in prohibited conduct is subject to immediate account suspension, termination, voiding of bets, and forfeiture of funds:

1. Collusion: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to manipulate the outcome of bets or exploit information asymmetries.
2. Bonus Abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using false identities, or engaging in any scheme designed to exploit promotional offers beyond their intended purpose.
3. Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences across markets or platforms in a manner that removes genuine risk from the wager.
4. Automated Software: Using bots, scripting tools, or automated betting systems to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human action.
5. Fraud & Money Laundering: Using the Platform to launder funds, process fraudulent payments, or engage in any financially deceptive conduct.
6. Match Fixing: Placing bets based on knowledge of or participation in the fixing of any sporting event.
7. Chargeback Fraud: Initiating unwarranted payment chargebacks or disputes after funds have been used for wagering.
8. Underage Gambling: Registering or gambling on behalf of any person under the age of 21.

DWG288 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Member Account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9.
• Suspected fraudulent or criminal activity associated with the Account.
• Request for self-exclusion by the Member.
• Inactivity on the Account for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.

Upon termination, any outstanding real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the original payment method, following satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DWG288 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds, winnings, or profits arising from betting or gaming activity.
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or delayed bet processing.
• Interruption or cessation of services due to maintenance, system failure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any decision, action, or omission made in reliance on information provided on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits DWG288's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability would be unlawful under applicable Malaysian law.

DWG288 processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering with DWG288, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

DWG288 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in good faith prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings.
